Is any one out there putting M16/HOWA extractors in Remingtons, and PF M70s.

The PF Model 70 doesn't need one. Its extractor may not look like the M16's, but it functions the same. Ditto for Savage.

I agree that no modification is needed for the PF Model 70 extraction system. That is a very, very good extractor indeed, and it's easy to take apart, clean, and replace (if necessary) yourself. If fact, you can take a set of PF M70 extractor parts on hunting trips in a small film canister and be all set.
