Quick question.

Any out there using Timney aftermarket spring kits in your A-Bolts?
Why the change?
Much difference in break?

I used one and I thought it worked quite well. I used the heavier spring. The light spring was much too light for my hunting rifle.

Personally, I don't think the Browning trigger is that bad (for a hunting rifle), but for $25 I figured why not try it.

I used the spring kit on two of them. Used the heaver spring on both of them. Worked well.

IMO The lighter spring was just too light for a hunting rifle. I think the lighter one maxed out at around 2 1/4 lbs. I prefer 3 to 3 1/4 lbs.
