Well I suppose the new 'Short" cartridges do boost sales. I have not invested in tooling for them as of yet, but from published data, the chamber pressures are higher than the standards they intend to replace. Common sense would indicate this would decrease barrel(accuracy?) life.
So if we take WSN/WSSM/RSUM/RUSM !! put it in longer action with freebore or long throat to allow us to increase usable case capicity, maybe 30 " barrel, etc.
