What kind of turnaround rate does Springfield have when working on 1911's? Months? Many months? Just curious what people had seen. Yes, I'm going to contact them next, but thought I'd ask while I was here.

I think you'll find the turn-around fairly quick, depending on what you have done. I sent in my slide off my mil-spec to have the rear sight cut and an adjustable sight installed. It was cut, blued, sight installed and returned to me in about a week and a half. Can't beat that! Greg
