I can't see any detail because the photos are either out of focus or are too dark to really see anything. Tom Purdom

The action appears to be an early (late 20's or early 30's) commercial Brno, before they started leaving the left wall solid.

The rifle itself has all the character of the custom ones built for GI's in Europe during the '50s.

The magazine assembly was made for the double set triggers. You would have to ruin it to convert to a single trigger. The front trigger works just fine by itself, without having to set it with the rear trigger first. However, once you used the set feature, you'll want it on all of your rifles.

The windage on this style mount is usually adjusted by opposing screws on one of the rings. You loosen one, then tighten the other to move the ring.

However, there is usually one (or two) locking screws on the underside of the mount. These must be loosened first, then retightened after the windage adjustment.

You can find parts for the peep sight on E-Bay. Search for "Lyman."

One other question. What is the serial number range of the rifle, and are there any numbers on the smaller parts like the bolt handle or safety shroud?
