Will a 20 gauge fit in the Ruger No 1 (or 3) action or is the rim diameter too big?

jimatcat, Seems like the two of us are the only ones that are interested. I take Jim Kobe's comments to mean that it can be done (for enough $ money).

a 28 ga bore rifle on the old martini-henry is something ive had on the back burner for a long time... octagon bbl, something to use at less than 100 yds, to whack pigs, dangerous water jugs...

Any guesses for cost on the NECG guns?
Luxus may do 20 gauge someday but they are not currently making them.

Mike the owner of luxus says he has 20 gauge guns being built. I need to call him . I was going to get to get a savage 220 but they seem very rough. http://forums.accuratereloadin...9421043/m/4371073581
