Hey guys,

I am looking for someone to checker a bolt knob for me and jewel the same bolt.

Does anyone know who will do a quality job with this. Its a rifle for my son so I want to make sure it is done well.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

ddj

For checkering. Lots of people do jewelling, I don't think the two go together in my opinion though.

I like the one on the far right, as it is not as ornate, meaning i'm wanting one with clean simple lines to it. Are these easy on the hand, I'm guessing at 30 lines per inch it would be. Would it snag on a glove, asking because I have never used one before!

Vapodog did an RSM and a Mauser 98 for me and they turned out very nicely indeed. He was not sure how the jeweling would turn out on the follower of the RSM, but it is excellent. Turn around time was very good as well. Can't help on the checkering issue. Good luck.
