Dose anyone have blueprints of Winchester 1886 or 1895 rifle actions. I would like to get better drawings then the patent drawings with a goal of building one.

That sounds like an interesting and challenging project.
It may just be that you'll have to reverse engineer the actions though.
Draw up your own using Mastercam or AutoCad.
