Do you sight?

Short of soldering it on, could use Loctite or put some J&B Weld epoxy on it and screw it back on.

I think its two pieces and to tighten it I have to remove the folding site first .Its not easy to take the folding site off with it loose like it is.

dgr416,

The mounting screw is under the sigth blade. You will have to remove the blade to get to the screw. Use Loctite on the screw.

Just remove the windage adjustment screw. The sight blade will then slide right out. (if it's like mine). It's not even a tight fit.

On mine the screw was bottoming out in the hole. Had to shorten the screw about a thread to get it to tighten.
