Do I need to "reseal" the adjustment screw? If so, what would be used? Thanks.

It simply keeps the screws from moving. You can paint them with a quick drying enamel paint, or, fingernail polish, but I like the head cement that is used for tying flies. It has a such a nice, wholesome fragrance. Big Grin BTW, I use the stuff to keep meddling fingers from accidentally screwing up an otherwise great trigger pull.
