Bake on finish from Brownells
....is it just me, or is the "search" function on this board a total joke? I did a search for "bake on finish" in the gunsmithing area, and got a list of topics from reticles to the Blaser blowup..... strange.
Now, to the subject... Has anyone had any experience with the Brownells bake on teflon type finish? I was thinking of doing my lever gun in this, but I don't know of any success/failure stories about using it.... reading the instructions in the catalog, it seems to be pretty simple to apply, and pretty wear resistant... any info on this product? thanks.........

HA No, I happened to have a reply on that thread and knew about were it was.

Grasshopper, You'll have develop your own Kong-Fu to deal with the search engine.

ok..... thanks for the link... next time I'll sprinkle wiffle dust on it, and shake a chicken foot over it, while reading the words to "Inna-godda-da-vida" backwards.... that ought to do it.......

I've heard of "canned hunts"...

But using a "catch" elephant?! Blamed unsporting, that...
