I have 4 Makarov 380 pistol magazines that all have the same issue. They feed just fine until the last round which noses over and doesn’t feed. I’m thinking maybe week spring?? Any thoughts? Merry Christmas As usual just my $.02 Paul K

To check for a weak spring (last round fail to feed).. Take the follower and magazine spring out of the magazine. Place one loaded round down into the bottom of the empty magzine body. Replace the magazine spring and then the follower. Now reload the magazine once again full. You will of course be one round shy of what is normal Full Capacity because of the one loaded round you placed underneath the magazine spring inside. But it will show wether the Mag spring is weak when that last round on the Follower comes up for feeding into the chamber. ...Or if perhaps the spring is OK but maybe the Follower itself needs some tweaking to keep that last round pointed in the right direction to feed correcly. If it feeds OK, it would seem that the magazine Spring is a bit weak. The extra round underneath in this experment gives the spring the tension of the pushing up on what would normally be the second last round in the mag,,and that seems to always feed OK. If that is it,,then you can try just streatching out the mag spring(s) a bit for more tension. That cn work OK in some instances. Sometimes they work OK for a few magazines worth and then return to their old set and start giveing the old problem again.
