Not sure whether to put this here or optics.....does anyone know what this mount fits? it's 5 1/4 inches long, two holes ( one larger than the other ) in the middle and some sort of "T" clamp on one end....

Looks like the 2nd hole was added because the first one didn't line up.

Smith and Wesson.

The Tee shaped block would go into the rear sight elevation recess.

Also Smith had different front screw locations over the years, thus the two screw holes
