The last two rounds sit low in the back of the mag so that they aren't picked up by the bolt. I tried reversing the spring and lubing the rear wall. The cases show some scratching around the shoulder. However, even on an empty mag the follower will only pop up to the proper position if the nose is bumped downward. There are no signs of friction inside. What am I missing? Magazine was new old stock.

Couldn't find any even for a CZ-527. Plus, I hear some of those hang up too.

Got it. Had to re-shape the spring end at the top.
