I have a Sako L691 action rifle in 458 Win Mag.
Who do you recommend to rechamber it to Lott?
How much should that cost?

Don't know the L691 action. What is the magazine length. If it is long enough for the lott then a simple rechamber normally. If the box is not long enough an you have to lengthen it then the cost will go up quickly.

I see the L691 listed in 416 RemMag so the action should be long enough. Can't say as to the mag box.

As usual just my $.02

Sorry, I'm always leaving out important info.
Yes, the action and mag are plenty long.
Just kinda wondering cost comparison from sending it out vs renting reamer and go/no go gauges.

Unless you are set up and done it before I would simply send it off. Rental for reamer and gauges are around $45-50 plus $150+ deposit and 2 way shipping.

I'll let the guys on here that provide the service quote their fee and not speak for them.
