Has anyone used Polygonal barrels for there rifles. I see that Pac-Nor makes them in a broad range of bore diameters. Are they any good?? My intentions are to keep my barrel from fouling like a B**ch and I have shot pistols that use this type of rifling. Baby Desert Eagle. Well those shot great and didn't see much copper residue in the barrel. So give me some input if you have any. I would appriciate it.

I have a Shilen Polygon barrel that i'm very happy with. It's on a 700 Remington LA in .257 Ackley. It cleans easily, is accurate and produces velocities that usually result in a "yeah, right".

So how much of an increase do you get? I worked for a gunsmith for 8 years and didn't know that Shilen even made poly barrels. Thanks for the info.
