Are the bolt sleeve locks and bolt stop plunger and spring interchangeable between the pre-and all post 64s? thanks

I ran into an issue with pre and post where the bolt shroud threads or internal bolt threads were clocked 90 degrees off so that the shroud was 90 degrees short of coming up to where you could get proper FP protrusion.
