I had a customer come into the shop this morning with a Remington 788 that was missing the bolt and the magazine. Anyone have a source for parts? Oh Yeah,,,,,I forgot; it was a .30-30!!!! Jim Unless you know the guy you might want to check and see if its stolen. I know a few people that store their rifles with the bolts removed. In fact have worked cases in the past involving stolen rifles without bolts bad guys went to a gunsmith for the missing parts. Just a thought Never rode a bull, but have shot some. Believe it or not the long barreled versions in 30-30 were in great demand by competitive cast bullet shooters around this area a few years back. | |||
