I need a receiver insert for a Remington 510 single shot 22 rifle. The receiver insert is the steel block under the bolt that supports the cartridge. Anybody got a junk 510 laying around that would sell me the insert?

I might still have one I got from Numrich Arms (now Gun Parts).

He has been in business for many years and has a vast supply of parts, a wrecking yard for guns. A visit to his place is a real experience. The building is a jungle of shelves and heaps of parts and used guns. He knows where every single screw is. It is almost garaunteed he will have the Remington cartridge insert.

He makes all the major gun shows so he is open only on Tuesday-Wednesday&Thursday. When you call the phone is constantly busy, be persistant and you will eventually get through.

I got my last Win 94 stamped carrier from Jeff so he probably has more.
