Do Butler Creek give out the little springs that cause their flip open covers to flip?

I steadfastly refuse to buy another cover just because the spring has gone - I have enough unsprung covers allready. None of the suppliers in the UK appear to have used theirs enough to get the spring to break.

I think you're SOL on a new spring......it'll probably require a new cap.

I'm a little surprised yours broke. I've got a set that has been on my scope for 16 years of hard use.
