want to re-barel my Remington Ti with a Broughton 5C 20" #3 Contour but none of the local smith's have a 25 Souper reamer. Please let me know if anyone here has a reamer and/or can do the work.

Bruz, try this guy he is a member here Mark Pinkston aka Bohica. He built mine a couple of years ago did a great job shoots sub.5moa.
If you are going to shoot 87 grain bullets or heavier get a 1:10 or 1:12 twist.

When I need a reamer I don't have, I rent them from 4D. Good folks and all the reamers have been great shape. They have 25 souper.
