I am looking for open sights for my Sako AV in 375 H&H. It came with open sights, but the previous owner removed them. I found some at Accuflite, but they want $175 for them. Is that what I should expect to pay, or is there a vendor that perhaps sells used sights? I believe that the factory sights were made by Williams.

I'm looking for just the front sight for a Sako...

Accuflite has alot of Sako stuff, but you will pay a premium. From all the gunsmiths I talked to, it's very tough to get parts from the factory nowdays.

I would double check your source about the Sako sights being made by Williams-- if this is the case, you could pick them up at Brownell's for a lot less than $175...

Thanks, but I already contacted Jim. He sold his last set a week ago for $35.

I bought a peep for my Sako for $28. That's Aussie Dollars which is next to nothing for you guys. Don't know what postage would be.
