Guys, I'm planning on mounting a FX II 6X36 atop a Winchester Model 70. I want it as low as possible so plan on using Leupold steel QRW weaver style bases with the super low zee's. Is the bolt handle going to clear the ocular bell?

Anyone have a picture of a similar setup with those super lows?

You need to go into a shop and try it.

In all likelihood, yes. If you mail order your rings, most vendors will accept a return in exchange for a higher/lower ring.

Probably, but you'll have to try it. Let us know if it works. Low as you can is the way to go. I mounted a Leupold 6x 42mm on a short action M700 using Leupold Dual Dovetail mounts and Super-Low rings. I had to file a flat on the root of the bolt handle so that it cleared the rear bell. It wouldn't take lense caps but it made for a very sleek setup.
