I have the approximate radius for the bottom of scope mounts for the pre-64 M70 rifle. Need the radius info for the rear mount of the M70 SS Classic post-64 rifle.

And the answer is:

I started a rear block at the 1.170" radius suggested by Mark Stratton for the pre-64 M70. Fits the pre-74 snub as a bug in the rug.

It is also very close for the M70 SS Classic. The edges of the top contour on that action have been blended more rigorously so the base cannot be quite as wide, and the final fit will have to be done with a little fitting ... but it's close.
