I am getting ready to restock my Rolling Block. The stock that is on it was cutom made for and by the owner MANY years ago (I have had it since 71). The stock design is "wrong", but I am NOT sure why. The gun is scoped and there are NO provisions for sights to be installed! Chambered in 219 D. Wasp so recoil is NOT an issue! Should top of the stock be parallel with the bore? I know (think) it needs some amount of drop from scope center . . . how much? Should the top of the stock, be sloped to match the angle of the action? Some other MAGIC angle correct? LouisB

As nice a guy as he is, I don't have a lot of faith that he waste much of his time designing a stock for a person who had NO intention of buying anything. Time is money to all of these folks and many a person is helped out over the net for free, which speaks highly of the folks who post assistance to us! LouisB
