Here's my situation on my accessories: I had hoped to find someone to sort of run that part of the business, but the stars never lined up.

Making accessories cuts badly into the custom end of the business which is in a backlog condition anyway.

Therefore, I make pats as I need them and make a few extra for stock

Bottom line is that my delivery is unreliable but I do appraise inquiry and try to give a reasonable estimate of the what to expect.
