Not sure what a cylinder has to do with a Browning Hi-Power but the rest is just detailed disassembly and reassembly. I have done several them in the past, about 30 minutes is the time required.

if that's the kit that allows to fold down the hammer on a live round and when you move safety re cocks hammer ready to fight use a plastic bag cause if the safety lever springs fly they are costly

No, just a custom set of springs and fitted hammer and sear. Dave is right, it takes the time of an maintenance disassembly. In my HP, I use Wolf recoil + firing pin springs and I stoned sear and hammer myself, having discarded the magazine safety.

No Grandkids for me, just kids.

Do the Grandkids snort through their nose before they show you something too?

I carried my old Browning HI Power (Selsia) for almost 40 years, still have it..Never saw the need for a trigger job or anything other than I installed a set of S&W J frame target sights long ago. Its is as accurate as most custom 45s..I have shot mostly Federal Border Patrol Plus P PLus ammo in it, never a single failure, so I figure if it ain't broke, don't mess with it..
