What model is thid rifle????

I have a old Savage Sporter bolt action 22 long rifle. The only markings on the barrel read.
Patented Nov28,1905. Sep 7,1915 Sep 4,1917
Nov 20,1917 Savage Sporter.
Can anyone tell me what model it is and where I might find a complete bolt assembly for it.
