Does anyone here do nickel plating? I'm working on a Ballard rifle and the lever was origionally plated. It's one of the fancy ones with hooks for your fingers,etc. I stripped the old finish off and welded up some of the worse pits. Now it needs to be replated and I'm having a hard time locating anyone that does plating anymore. Thanks Bill

Reliable Electroplating in MA offers an old fasioned nickel plating appropriate for a 19th century rifle. I have had this plating done on a buttplate and it is very nice. They are firearm friendly and have given me good service.
