I was wondering if it would be possible to swap barrels on a savage 110 from a 270 to a 7mm/08? one is LA and the other is a SA correct? just curious if it was something that could be done or if I just had a bad idea  | ||

I can see no reason why this barrel swap can't be done. PythonWill, Have a long action Savage 116 which is used for swap barrels. Have several barrels in shorter cartridges - 243 Win, 250 Savage, 260 Rem, 7/08 Rem, 308 Win, and 358 Win. They work fine. Hammer | |||
