Can someone recommend a smith to beadblast two stainless Ruger M77 MkII rifles for a reasonable cost? Also, what would the typical going rate for this work be?

Thanks,
Mark in GA

He is here is western Michigan right near me, and does most all my gunsmith work.

Mark, The first time I bead blasted a firearm it was at an auto parts store! The main thing I have learned since is the type and size of the bead matters as to finnish, and or possible abrasiveness. Local machine shops can usually handle this for you in as little as 15 minutes for a disassembled rifle. A neat trick is to polish an area that you may wish to leave "bright" and using masking tape form a negitive of the area...
