Does anyone have the subject instructions for the mounts used with the old non-adjustable reticle Balvar scopes? I am doing up a retro 7x57 Mauser with said scope and mounts. Appreciated.

Front mount is windage with+/-35min adjustment,rear mount is elevation with+40min&-10min adjustment.each line=~1min change.remember the original screws were allen head.i have a bunch of bases if you need any spares or parts.the 2 1/2X,4X&2 1/2-4 were straight tube&used solid ring assembly.the Balvar8 needed split rings&higher bases to clear the larger objective.

Back in the old days...these mounts really gave us grey hairs...but once set up, they were fine. However, we always advised" If you're gonna change anything, such as bullet weight...use Kentucky windage"
