Having never having seen a push feed Winchester out of the stock I ask this question:
Do both the push feed and CRF Winchester 70's have the same trigger system?

As far as I know Winchester used the same trigger style from pre-64 days until the new models coming from the carlinas.

Thanks. Would like to build the wife a nice .308 and could care less if the rifle was CRF or not. But I admit I am in love with the Win 70 style trigger system.

Up until the advent of the "New", new model 70 being produced by FN, all of the Model 70's had the same trigger system.
