I'm looking a building a suppressed TC carbine in 9mm luger or 38 Special with one of their custom shop barrels. Question is which calibre for better accuracy? I'm picking the 38 special because at least it has a rim to headspace on. Opinions anyone?

I believe that T/C uses .357 dia for both their 9mm & 38 barrels. Since 9mm bullets are .355 accuracy would be better with the .38.

Made up a 38 special for the wife, on a Ruger #3. She could hit a 1/4" dot at 50 yds. almost every time. Douglas Supreme bull barrel cut down to 16.5". roger Old age is a high price to pay for maturity!!! Some never pay and some pay and never reap the reward. Wisdom comes with age!
