Hi
Has anyone built a RUM case in a Sako AV action? If so was the feeding ok? I do not know if my next project will be a standard RUM case, or some sort of improved wildcat version. If anyone has done one, please let me know the pro/con, and supply pict's if possible.

Thanks.

Wookie, I had one built and it took very minimal work, and the magazine was left as is. Since then I have gone to the Dakota cases, and they work well in the AV action also. The Dakota is actually short enough to use the IV action for, but you need to go to the V for the larger bolt face.

Good luck on your project.

I built just such a beast, (AV action, LW SS 1400 contour bbl, High Tech stock and Vais brake). Shoots 210 TTSX into 5/8 at 3150fps and kicks like a 270.SWEET!!!
