The hammer on My P14-45 was following when the slide was released and doubling from time to time. I sent it to Para for service. The pistol was a gift and I had no knowledge of the gun's history. Para replaced the hammer, sear, recoil spring, magazine, an after market grip safety and some other small parts, free of charge. My only cost was shipping charge to Para. Great customer service.
