I talked to them and they will build me the gun I want for a reasonable price.
I don't really know anything about them.

I heard something about TV, we don't have TV.

Simply do a search on "wild west guns" there are about 4 pages of opinions in just the last 12 months.

Thank you. I should have thought of that.

Are you referring to the WWG in Anchorage AK?

Yes.
I'm finding there has been a lot of discussion of them here.

Saw a show on them last week on TV. Discovery channel if I remember correctly.

Try to look unimportant. Your enemy might be low on ammo.

That show didn't do them any favors.

They do good work but were always a bit pricey and extremely opinionated. No problems with the quality of anything I ever got from them but that was almost 15 years ago now.

Had them make a 30-40 Krag bbl for my TD M95 Winny in 405. They did good. Took more than a year.

If you don't live here, I'd go somewhere else. Unless you are having them do their signature lever action big bore gun, or a modified Ruger Redhawk, you'll get better service elsewhere.

I had hoped they'd do a better job on the work I gave them, but was disappointed.

The show is not doing them any favors. "Ken" is in love with his opinions and that is what you'll get at the shop.
