What angle does the bolt sit at when it is full up? | |||

Low scope bolt handle. I never measured the exact angle. Maybe about 35 degrees. | |||

This was always one of my Favorite CZ 550 handles. If I remember correctly, it too was a .416 Rigby.  | |||
