Does anyone know what ejector was used when converting a hornet action to a 222 on the pre-64 Winchester actions. They look like a factory made stamped part but I do not recognize it..Any available. Thanks John

Take two longer ones and cut and weld to the proper length or cut one in half and add a piece in the middle.

There is no factory ejector close to the right length as the Hornet was attached to the magazine box.

I had a nice pre 64 in 223 that used Rem 722 magazine components and it fed as a repeater very nicely. The ejector was very long as it was mounted like a standard ejector and not a Hornet style.

I can mill one but I know this is a factory stamped ejector but as you said it is longer than the swift or 243 ejectors for the pre-64 or any ejector for the M-54.. we do use 722 boxes or followers or you can use the post 64 small boxes..Thanks..jm
