2 things I can't comprehend here:

Why would he film himself unless he planned a joke or else an instructional video?

And why oh why would he put such damning evidence of his incompetence on the internet?

I was in entirely too much agony to sit through the whole thing so I fast-forwarded to the end. It was actually painful for me to watch such a DOOFUS attempt such a simple job, and fail so miserably so many times!

P.T.Barnum was right when he said "You'll never go broke betting on human stupidity!"

Thanks for the comedy interlude, Butch!
Regards, Joe

I watch American Guns sometimes and their "gunsmith" just tightens the barrels on his custom rifles hand tight. Since they, according to themselves, are some of the best gunsmiths in the country, that must be the way to do it, right? Who needs a special barrel/receiver vice to barrel or remove a barrel! Oh shit, I did the same thing! That video made my hair hurt. If you look at old photos of barrel vise stands, they tend to be purpose built extremely rigid entities. The vise just can't move while removing a tight barrel. 100% of the leverage has to go towards breaking the joint loose. Using a BFH and inertia doesn't hurt either.
