I have a zkk 600 in 270 that I want to mount a scope on but have had trouble with the standard cz mounts not clearing the pop up peep sight when in the down position. This caused me to almost run out of adjustment on my scope and isn't providing a very stable platform for the scope. Do Talleys or warnes have clearence for the sight or should I just file the sight down a bit to clear the mounts? Brett

The tallest Warne lever rings are about .725" from the dovetail to the bottom of the scope tube. I have an unused set, if you need them.

Thanks for the offer kurt but that wont solve my problem. The peep sight when in the down position potrudes enough above the flat to not allow full contact between the bases and the reciever. Maybe if I get someone to mill out a relief cut in the bottem of the ring base my problem would be solved.
