I have an old Rem 700 varmint with the Bdl Monte Carlo stock and for some time I wanted to put a synthetic on it.
I called Reminton and after a long chat with the service dept we decided on the VSSF II sythetic. I don't know who makes it but I received it today and it looks and feels better than any synthetic that I have ever had in my hands. It is almost a perfect fit with the aluminum block but I will glass it anyway. Will let you know how she shoots after the weekend. From what I can see in pictures on line the stock looks like the one on the LTR.
