Im kicking around the notion of selling a g33/40 barreled action. It has 1909 bottom metal, well shaped and with a button welded on the release lever. Action is drilled and tapped for Talley mounts and the bolt has a 2 position safety. The bolt knob is hollow engraved. The barrel is a lothar walter chambered in .270 Win. The rifle has a stock but its very short so its not really sellable (is that a word). Anyway, I could sell the barreled action, or the parts, or I could restock it with standard dimensions and sell it as a spec rifle. I cant seem to make up my mind.

Sounds like the gun is ideally suited to a lady or a youngster.....I'd try to sell it intact if possible.....It cost very little to list it and try!

You can always part it out later.

With your stock making skills you'd be way ahead selling it as a complete rifle I'd think.

Or you could put something together and keep it and enjoy it yourself while hunting those big antelope and Whitetails that run around western South Dakota. Big Grin
