I'm having a Vz-24 rebarreled to 9,3x62. My GS will obtain a Moly-chrome barrel in the rough and do all the work. When we were researching the specs, we found the original 1905 cartridge used a 0.365" groove diameter but the bullets available today run 0.366"!? So....What bore and groove diameter do you used for a 9,3x62 Mauser today? ________ Ray

FWIW, Half Moon Rifle Shop still makes their 9.3 blanks with the original German bore and groove diameters. They shoot .366 bullets as well as any other. "Experience" is the only class you take where the exam comes before the lesson.
