It's difficult to make a 9,3x64 from a custom mauser 7x64?
What work it will need?

Lorenzo,
It will depend on which 98 you have. A 7X57 can be built on a 1910 Mexican but the 9.3X64 can't. You will need to check the magazine box for size. Need more info.

If your existing gun is a 7x64 then you should have no problem with a conversion..

File out the rear of the box as much as possible without weaking it so you can seat your bullets out a bit more..Some rail work may or may not be necessary, and the bolt face opened a tad.
