What Model would this fit The safety is Buehler marked.It was in the box with the 93 bolt so am I right in thinking this is also for the 93?

If my old eyes do not deceive me, that is a Springfield 1903 bolt shroud, not a Mauser.

you are correct sir, I had so many Mauser parts and pieces in the box I did not even think Springfield.

That is NOT for a springfield. Springfield has a square thread and a bolt sleeve lock on the left side.
