I have an opportunity to get a pre 64 1949 Model 70 complete action for under $100. The receiver is in pretty decent shape, but the bolt is pitted. Should I go for it?

One of Us man, a couple of yrs. back I picked one up for 75 bucks...pretty beat up but no rusting/pitting........yes! buy it!
