I have purchased about six over the years. They certainly aren't in the category of any of the custom stock builders but, are certainly serviceable stocks. Of course, a lot depends on the quality of wood you want. They will sell you English, Bastogne, French, Black Walnut, etc. in varying degrees of figure and price. The inletting allows for tight wood to metal if you have the skill. Their prices are certainly good. Just be sure you plan on what to buy and what options you may want on it. I don't like white line spacers and "leaf-cathcher" recoil pads but, to each his own. Generally, a good buy!

I have bought 2 from them and got one the other day.
One was a factory second and it was a true exibition grade and I got it for 49.00 but the inletting was so bad I did not use it and sold it.It was going to have about a 1/4 inch gap in the sides of the trigerguard so don't buy a factory second.
Now the one I got the other day was a first quality stock and it was a grade A and a good grade A. I have not started finishing the inletting but it will be tight but not as tight as a custom stock of a high grade gun.You will have to do some inletting but not a whole lot.You will have to do right much surface finishing but it want be to bad.
If you want a instant stock don't get one from them but if you want a stock you want to work on it for the fun of it then they are ok but you most likly want get a melted into the wood to metal fit. They seem to be very honest about grades of wood so that should be ok.
I got the Old Classic style and I'm very pleased with that style.
Ask for Michael he seems to be a good guy.
If you want a flawless inletted gun you want get it from them as far I have seen but the one you may get could be just right.
They are a good buy as far as wood grade.

Best wishes
Steve

I haveused the twice and been happy.

1st time was a blank I shipped to them to shape. I even shipped special tip and cap wood to them and the installed it free of charge.

I was very happy with it. good fit.

The second was a "Safari classic" in standard walnut - $60 - added a tip & cap when I got it. It is a fine working stock and has a little grain in it. I was happy with this one too.

They are a good company, in my experience, for that "first" custom stock. No choice on viewing blanks of course, but they do try to grade correctly and the stocks I have gotten from them have been satisfactory. You have to know what you want first; you'll not get a $1000 Bastogne stock for $450.
