Remove all the manufacturing tolerances are zero'd, and re machining and/or reassembling everthing the way it was drawn and designed. All functional longitudanal surfaces are parallel and concentric, or perfectly perpendicular, to the bore axis. Threads on barrels are usuually recut to ensure barrel is concentric with the action.
