I would like to install Talley bases and rings on my AV 270 Sako, but I was unable to find any picture to see how the bases are made.
Could someone helps me?

Why use base and ring when you only need Talley rings?? Talley used too make rings that fitted Sako dovetail groove. Both rings did have a recoil stopper integrated. Very nice rings btw.

They don't make 1 pc rings for the Sako now. They have a base that slides over the dovetail and has 2 small screws that screw down from the top, no recoil pins. You then can use their standard QR steel rings........DJ
